State fees and other payments to be paid to state entities and state-owned foundations

State fees, duties, penalties, and other claims and proceeds to government entities and state-owned foundations are paid into bank accounts owned by the Ministry of Finance of Estonia.
  • Upon payment, please indicate in the payment instruction the Ministry of Finance of Estonia as the beneficiary and one of the following bank account numbers.
  • Each government entity and state-owned foundation has its own unique reference number, which is a basis for the State Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance to record the respective amount, deposited into the Ministry of Finance bank account, on an internal account of these entities in the e-state treasury system.
  • It is compulsory to add a reference number to each payment instruction paid into a bank account of the Ministry of Finance. A government entity or state-owned foundation provides the payer with a reference number.
